Born inside a real business.
Not in a lab.
Mycelium started inside a coaching and education company. Its founder loved the work — the sessions, the teaching, the creating — but that work took barely a third of his time.
The rest disappeared into everything else. Following up with people. Formatting content. Updating pipelines. Remembering who needed what, and when. Necessary work — but repetitive, mechanical, invisible.
Then came the click: almost everything that drains a founder is exactly what AI can now carry. Not one chatbot answering questions — an ecosystem of specialized agents, each owning one part of the business, all talking to each other.
So it was built. First for one business, then refined day after day inside it. Today it runs quietly underneath everything — and it's ready to run underneath yours.
We called it Mycelium.
